We want you to continue loving your jewelry and have it looking its best. To extend the life of your jewelry, avoid moisture (showering, swimming, exercising) and harsh products (aerosols, perfume, lotion).
Each piece is carefully looked over before it gets shipped to you. It’s important to us that you continue loving your jewelry and have it looking its best, so we’ve put together the best care tips to follow!
• Remove your jewelry while exercising, showering + swimming.
• Remove rings when washing hands or using any harsh products like hand sanitizer.
• Store jewelry separately to avoid scratching + tangling
• Remove rings before any activities that may cause scratches on the ring(s)
• Avoid aerosols like hair products, sunscreens, perfume, and lotions (even natural ones) on your jewelry
• Wipe away dirt + oil buildup with a soft cloth– a microfibre works best! Dirt + oil build up will temporarily darken the appearance of the jewelry unless cleaned properly.
• Don’t use jewelry cleaners or polishing cloths on your jewelry
• Don’t sleep in your jewelry

All orders are processed in 2-3 business days and shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost.
The estimated delivery time and rate for your order depends on the shipping method that you choose during checkout.
We offer free delivery via Xpresspost for orders over 100$
Please ensure that you accurately enter your shipping address when checking out. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded.
Once your package is in the hands of a carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process, please file a report with shipping carrier and contact us at contact@moyojewerly.ca

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and sent by trackable mail, paid for by the customer. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
